Al Khatim Adlan Center for Enlightenment and Human Development (KACE) is a Sudanese civil society organization founded to promote a democratic and multicultural Sudan in which human rights are respected. KACE pursues this by seeking to create spaces of engagement, knowledge-sharing and constructive dialogue to facilitate the spread of enlightenment and the promotion of positive human development.
ABOUT US
KACE was established in 2007 under the leadership of Dr. Albaqir Alafif Mukhtar. The centre is named after the great intellectual thinker, philosopher, politician and writer Alkhatim Adlan, who sadly died at the age of 57, after a short fight with pancreatic cancer in 2005.
ABOUT THE THINKER AL KHATIM ADLAN
Al Khatim Adlan is a personality larger than life. A political and intellectual client, and a great human being. He tragically died in 2005.
